Bellydance Fusion I - Entry level
Learn traditional Middle Eastern dance movements that have been passed down for generations between women. Learn the basics techniques of bellydance, dance combinations and improve flexibility. This course builds stamina in your body and connections to your heart and spirt . Suitable for all ages, sizes, and dance levels.
Equipment: Please wear comfortable clothing, sports trousers or a long skirt, Optional: Hip scarf , shawl or a very long neck scarf for your hip. Don't forget to bring water!
